we won third prize in this competition about 'copyright'
it is about the dying of creativity because of reckless download from the public.
the flower represent the creative field and the leaves represent the rights for them.

i am responsible for the cinematography and the music.
this is the first prize i get in taiwan. and i think i will participate more.

亞洲大學（Asia University, Taiwan）數位媒體設計學系四年級同學馮清俊、林芷瑄、張凱南、呂宛鮞等4人參加My Video 2011台港兩地「短片由我創」製作大賽，以「凋萎」短片，在大專院校組脫穎而出，獲得銅獎，9月17日在台北誠品書店信義旗艦店6樓視聽室，獲頒獎座及新台幣1萬5000元，為校爭光。
　
數媒系主任蔡明欣指出，今年「短片由我創」製作大賽，邀請台灣、香港兩地高中職、大專校院學生及社會人士，透過製作30秒的短片發揮創意，每一個比賽組別分設金、銀、銅獎各1名、優異獎2名。台灣主辦單位共收到347部參賽作品，各組經初審取10名參加複審，再取5組代表台灣參加台港兩地決賽，競爭激烈，能夠獲獎著實不易。

今年"短片由我創"製作大賽，以宣揚尊重智慧財產權為主題，拒絕非法影印教科書、拒絕網路侵權，數媒系四年級呂宛鮞等位同學製作「凋萎」短片，就發想一朵朵綻放的美麗花朵，就像創作者的辛苦結晶，經過時間的淬鍊，努力的栽培磨練而成，但是非法的下載，就如同影片中的手，肆意的掠奪、摘取，就算花朵有在強的生命力，也敵不過一隻隻扼殺它們的手，最終美麗的花朵將殘破不堪，漸漸凋萎。
　
呂宛鮞同學說，首次參加「短片由我創」製作大賽，就拿到銅獎，相當意外，要感謝數媒系吳信成老師指導，讓她們這群沒經驗的同學們能勇往直前、信心十足直到獲獎，也感謝學校提供設備齊全的攝影棚，提供我們良好拍攝及攝影環境，順利製作「「凋萎」短片。
　
「能夠獲獎，真的很感動又很開心！」呂宛鮞、張凱南、林芷瑄、馮清俊說，從發想「花」的題材，到拍攝完成，是靠團隊通力合作，最後能夠得獎，昰項肯定，同時也觀摩、學習到其他團隊的優秀作品，大開眼界，不過，拍攝過程中，犧牲了兩盆花朵，只能好好安葬花兒，表示最高歉意。

hi guys
this is a group project i did with my fellow friends in taiwan. we wanna do an educational ipad game to let kids learn while they play. so we came up with a concept on a gamebook which the player can choose the destiny of the character through reading. the battle sequence will require the player to actually write on the ipad (thanks to multi touchscreen). i did most of the conceptual, modeling, texturing, and the final visual appearance. if you can read chinese, you can read the info above.

產品的附加價值，設計的附加價值。
大家都有一個特別喜歡的品牌。比如說，Nike 的球鞋，swatch的手錶，等。可是為甚麼我們會特別喜歡某個品牌呢？這是因為品質還是其他的因述呢？
其實這是因為產品附加價值在作祟。很多時候，消費者會因為產品所帶來的美感，榮譽感而購買他們。比如說，一個夜市里買的包包讓人感覺很低檔，可是拿一個gucci 的包包讓人感到很高尚。就是因為這一些原因，所以消費者會花很多的錢來買一個名牌包。可是以物質上來分析，名牌包真的值那麼多錢嗎？其實不然。名牌包的成本其實不高。可是卻因為滿足到消費者心理的需求，而能夠賣得那麼貴。
當然，設計作為附加價值在現今的社會上已經很普通了。目前很多人已經看到設計為附加價值的重要性了。也就是意味者設計的氾濫，設計變得很普通了，他變成一個產品能不能賣最基本的條件。因為如此，我們必須另求方案。
設計已經不可以只是設計了。他必須被賦予價值。前面談的是〈產品的附加價值〉，後半段要談的是〈設計的附加價值〉。
設計的附加價值說的是結合。設計必須輿其他元素結合而滿足消費者的心理需求。比如說，nike發出了一個紅色的球鞋。球鞋上擁有了很好的設計。這是球鞋這個產品被賦予了設計這個附加價值。可是如果nike把這個球鞋就這樣發行，這只是一個普通的紅色球鞋。所以，在這個時候，我們必須賦予這個設計一個附加價值。
“一個輿Ferraris 最新紅色跑車為設計理念的球鞋設計”
這樣，設計的附加價值就完成了。這個設計就可以比一個好看的紅色球鞋賣得更高的價錢。因為他不只可以滿足一個消費者的需求，也可以讓消費者擁有更多的榮譽感。對於很嚮往Ferraris跑車可是沒錢的消費者來說，他們也可以透過購買這個輿Ferraris跑車有關連的球鞋來滿足他們的慾望。
當然，這是其中一個方案，可是聰明的企業家是不會在這裡停手的。試想像，他們陸續推出以不同年代Ferraris代表車的球鞋，形成一個系列的產品。再透過行銷，代言人等等的宣傳，這個系列就變成了收藏家必要的物品了。
這樣，一雙球鞋不只可以吸引需要球鞋的人買，他也同時吸引跑車迷輿收藏家。
一雙紅色球鞋是一雙鞋子。一雙feraris 球鞋是一個奢侈品。一系列的Ferraris 球鞋是一個收藏品。
產品需要附加價值（設計）而設計也需要附加價值。

this is an assignment on illustration. the whole idea is to tell a story using a milk box (what!?) . the story is about a heroic viking hero slays all the dragon on earth to protect mankind but end up being catch by animal welfare. it is a pretty dumb story but i am learning.

to be honest, i nearly cracked my head for ideas on this week topic (layers), and i come up with this piece, it is layers of double chin from a obese man. the focus of this painting is the 'multi layer chin', so i purposely crop the image to focus on it.

this is a video me and my friends made in taiwan, an assignment on audio design. i directed the whole project, edit the clips, created the music, everything is fully original except that we use a taiwanese song as our base and i recompose the song.

the concept behind this is to promote asia university in a different point of view, i wanted to promote asia university using the warmth of the people in it, so we go for the theme 'friends'

i am always fascinated with the hindu traditional myth, ganesh is a god with 4 hands and an elephant head.

Barbarella was a sexy young woman who travelled through the galaxy to have many (sexy) adventures. In 1968 a campy movie was made starring Jane Fonda as Barbarella. The comic caused a bit of a scandal because of its slightly erotic content. However, the comic was also regarded as part of the sexual revolution, and Barbarella as an embodiment of the modern, free woman.

i wanted to change the whole look of barbarella except of her sexiness. i gave her a super short commanders uniform to show off her body and a hair dye session. hope u guys dig it.

huhuu, at last another piece for illustration friday.
its been a long time since i participate illustration friday.
and i come up with something new this time, no more digital painting,
this is watercolor and artline pen! and a little photoshop in hue.
yeah, at last i did something in the traditional way,
i feel good with the outcome too.
bought a winsor and newton watercolors set and i don't want to waste it.

the concept is to draw a witch that get pissed up and decide to burn the whole place into ashes.

i did not update this blog for quite a long time. being in taiwan is kindda tough for me, homework and stress is kindda heavy over here. and i did not take any art class because i am not allowed to. so i turn my choice to animation, hopefully i still can learn something to pursuit my dream. so imagine this, 5 classes a week, 4 classes about maya. and i have to keep up with the class because they had already start the class one semester earlier. thats why i am stressed. i did not really paint anything the whole month. but i did drew some everyday. unfortunately i did not have a scanner over here, so i cannot share my sketches... i hope someday i could because this blog is full of spidy's web all over already...

i did bring something today, a work i am working on. my first maya character that i i create. what do you all think? your comments are very precious for me.

Military unit: The Hacker

It’s the year 2090, a few years after World War III... Officially, the war is over; but in the borderlands of the three remaining superpowers there is still conflict. War has changed however, as electro-magnetic fields have blocked out all wireless communication on the planet. This caused a new Spec Ops unit to arise; the Hacker. Not only does he have to infiltrate military bases in order to hack into the mainframe and mechanical units, he also has to be able to defend himself when discovered!

Design the military unit: The Hacker!

- Setting is futuristic, though no wireless devices!
- Hacker can ofcourse be male or female
- The Hacker is a solitary unit, so he has to be able to defend himself
- Basically the Hacker is intelligent and stealthy, but also has a tough side.

after reading the article below, suddenly i have an inspiration of this image...
firefly is a marvelous creature, everyone should read 昆虫记.... i am not sure what name it is in english...

地揉搓。这种动作，一般情况下，我们常用“扭”这个字眼儿来表示。因为，事实上，
这种动作近乎相互搔痒，而并不是那样重重地打。现在，就让我们来使用“扭”这个字
吧。一提到动物，除去那些最简单平实的字以外，通常在言语中使用的字，可以说，好
多都没有用处。那么，我们就可以说，萤是在“扭”动蜗牛，这大概更贴切一些。
萤在扭动蜗牛时，颇有它自己的方法。你会看到它一点儿也不着急，不慌不忙，很
有章法。它每扭动一下对方，总是要停下来一小会儿。仿佛是要审看一下，这一次扭动
产生了何等效果一般。萤扭动的次数并不是很多，顶多有五六次足以。就这么几下，就
能让蜗牛动弹不得，失去了一切知觉而不醒人世。再后来，也就是在萤开始吃战利品的
时候，还要再扭上几下。看起来，这几下扭动更至关重要。但是，至于究竟萤为什么要
如此这般行事，我就不能确定其真正的原因了。确实在最初的时候，只要轻轻地几下，
就足以使蜗牛慢慢地不能感觉一切了。那么，它为什么在食用前，还要来上几下呢？我
不得而知，至今仍是个迷。由于萤的动作非常迅速而敏捷，如同闪电一般快，就已经将
毒汁从沟槽中传送到蜗牛的身上了。这只是一个瞬间的动作，要非常仔细地观察才能觉
察到。
当然，有一点是不用怀疑的，那就是，在萤对蜗牛进行刺击时，蜗牛一点也不会感
觉到痛苦。关于这一点，我曾经做过一次小小的试验。在一只萤进攻一只蜗牛的时候，
当萤只扭了四五次以后，我马上迅速地把那只受了毒汁破害的蜗牛拿开。然后，用一根
很小很小的针去刺激这可怜虫的皮肤。那一点儿被刺伤了的肉，竟然一点儿也没有收缩
的迹象。这就已经很清楚地表明，此时此刻，这只蜗牛已经一点儿活气也没有了。它是
不会感觉到痛苦的。因为它已经沉浸到另一个世界里去了。还有一次，我非常偶然地看
到一只可怜的蜗牛遭受到萤的攻击。当时，这只蜗牛正在向前自由自在地爬行着。它的
足慢慢地蠕动着，触角也伸得很长。忽然，由于一下子的刺激和兴奋，这只蜗牛自己乱
动了几下。但是，马上这一切就静止了下来，它的足也不再向前慢爬了。整个身体的前
部也全然失去了它刚才的那种温文尔雅的曲线。它的长长的触角也变得软了，不再向上
伸展着了，而是拖垂到下边来，就像一根已经坏了的手杖一样，再也感受不到什么东西
了。从这种种表面的现象来看，这只蜗牛已经死了，已经真的到另一个世界里去了。
然而，实际上，这只蜗牛并没有真正悲惨地死去。我完全有办法，能让它重新活过
来，我可以给它第二次生命的机会。就在这个可怜的、假死的蜗牛既不生，又不死的两
三天内，我每天都坚持给它洗浴，清洁身体，特别是伤口。就在几天以后，奇迹出现了。
这只被萤无情地伤害得很惨重的、几乎一命呜呼了的家伙，恢复到了以前的状态中，它
已经能够自由地爬来爬去了。而且，它的知觉也已经恢复正常了。因为当我用小针刺击
它的肉时，它立刻就会有反应，小小的躯体马上就会缩到背壳里去藏了起来，这充分说
明它已经恢复知觉了，就像什么都不曾发生过一样。它是完全可以爬行了，那对长长的
触角重新又伸展开来，好像并没有发生过什么特别意外的事情一样。而且，它还精神倍
增。在它失去知觉的日日夜夜里，它仿佛进入了一种什么都不知晓的沉醉的状态，一切
都惊动不了它，而现在则大不一样了。它醒了，而且完全苏醒了过来，从死亡中复活了，
奇迹般地逃离魔爪，获得了第二次生命。
在人类社会的科学中，人们已经发明创造了在外科手术时不会让人感觉到疼痛的方
法，并且这种方法在医学实践上，已经被证明是非常成功的了。然而，在人类还没有找
到这种方法之前，萤以及很多其他种类的动物，就已经通过实践，实行了好几个世纪之
久了。所不同的是，外科医生在手术前，让我们闻以太或者是其他麻醉剂。而那些昆虫
采用的方法是，利用它们天生就长着的毒牙，向别的动物注射极小量的特别的毒药，以
达到让别的动物失去知觉的目的。
当我们偶然想到蜗牛具有那样温柔、平和而无害的天性，可萤却要采取向它注射毒
汁以麻醉它的特别方法来制服它，并且以它为食物，似乎总有些奇怪的感觉。但是，我
想我可以知道萤利用这种方法猎取蜗牛的种种鲜为人知的理由。
假如蜗牛只是在地上爬行，甚至是蜷缩在自己的壳子里，那么，对于它的种种攻击，
是一点儿也不困难的。原因是，蜗牛背上背的壳儿上并没有任何遮盖的东西加以保护。
而且，蜗牛身体的前部是完全暴露在外面的，也是毫无遮挡的。但是，实际上，事情并
不这么简单。蜗牛不仅仅单单地在上爬行，它经常是置身在较高的而且不稳定的地方。
比如，它喜欢趴在草杆的顶上，或者是待在很光滑的石面上。它贴身在这些地方，就无
需什么其他的保护了。因为，这些地点本身就为它提供了再好不过的天然保护。其原因
是，当蜗牛把自己的身体紧紧地依附在这些东西上时，这些东西就起到了盖子的作用。
于是，便能起到很好的保护作用了。不过，只要稍微一不留神，有一点儿没有遮盖严密，
一旦被萤发现，它的钩子可一点儿也不讲情面。只要有机可乘，它是一定要钻空子的。
总之，萤的钩子总会有办法可以触及到蜗牛的身体。然后，一下子钩住，释放出毒液，
蜗牛便会失去知觉。萤就可以安安稳稳地找个地方坐下来，享用它的美餐了。
不过，蜗牛深居高处，也是有一定危险的。当它爬在草杆上时，很容易掉下来。哪
怕稍微有一点儿扭动，或者是挣扎，蜗牛就会移动它的身体。一旦蜗牛落到地面上，那
么，萤就不得不去选择一个更好的猎物。所以，在萤捕捉蜗牛时，必须要使它没有丝毫
的痛苦感，失去知觉，让它动晃不得，从而也就不能轻易地逃跑了。因此，萤在进攻蜗
牛时，一定要采取触得很轻微的方法，以免惊动了这只蜗牛，让它从摇摆不定的草杆上
摇落下来。否则的话，可就前功尽弃，白费了一番心思，让到手的食物给溜走了。因此，
我想，萤之所以具备这样的外科器具，理由不过如此而已吧！除此以外，我再也想不到
其他的理由了。

after reading an article on marshable.com, i suddenly have an idea of a ad for android. so here it is. the main concept is that android gave apple the bite that appeared on their logo. meaning android is stronger than mac....
so how do u think?
